At the Mexican Meat Council A.C. (COMECARNE) we are convinced that the analysis of information is relevant for daily work and making decisions, both at public and private level. That is why we publish the Statical Compendium of Meat industry annually, in which we seek to make available the most relevant information of the sector at international and national level.
Made up of three chapters, inside are the main statistics of the four main subsectors that make up the bovine, pork, poultry and deli meats chain, among others. As well as the most relevant economic indicators of the Mexican meat industry.
