Compendio Estadístico 2022
At the Mexican Meat Council we are convinced that the analysis of information is of the utmost importance for daily activities and decision-making at both the public and private levels. That is why we annually publish the Statistical Compendium of the meat industry, in an effort to analyze the most relevant information on the industry at an international and national level.
Made up of three chapters, it contains the main statistics of the four main subsectors that make up the beef, pork, chicken and cold meat chain, among others. As well as the most relevant economic indicators of the Mexican meat industry.
You will be able to find data on production, consumption, foreign trade, slaughter by slaughter type, GDP generated, jobs, wages and, in its most recent edition, poultry and livestock inventories, prices and inflation are included.
